Wrote SOW, Clerked and Managed the restoration efforts involved with restoring laboratory equipment for this manufacturing facility. Controlled many contractors and processes to get the plant back on line in less than two weeks. Project costs were nearly $2.5 million of the original $6 million estimate, a savings of over 50%.
