Assessed the salvageable soft goods (bedding, draperies, mattresses, upholstery, etc.) that were affected after Hurricane Gilbert hit here in 1988. Met the challenge of finding the correct methodology that would eliminate the mold and mildew to the satisfaction of the insured’s Corporate Franchise Risk Manager. Established protocols for successful restoration, wrote SOW, created a training program and a critical path for the insured’s employees to follow.
