As Hurricane Charley approached the western coastline of Florida in 2004, it paused over the outer islands including Sanibel and Captiva for about 30 minutes, causing enormous damage to the buildings and landscaping. Project managed the contractors hired to restore and remediate the 65 hotel buildings on this 300-acre resort. The scope included dehumidification, cleaning, and mold remediation.
