This 300,000 sq. ft. research laboratory was flooded from Tropical Storm Allison. Project Managed and devised the protocol for this delicate loss involving over 100,000 mice and other rodents used in genetic disease research. The Cleanroom environment had unique requirements to ensure that the mice were not disturbed. The successful restoration of the facility included altering the flow of the electric to the equipment to prevent exciting the mice.
