As a result of Tropical Storm Allison in 2001, this medical facility located in downtown Houston sustained significant flood related damages to the lower and subgrade levels of the structure. Additionally, the medical records portion of the facility was impacted requiring a large-scale document restoration and freeze-drying program inclusive of the processing of x-rays and various other filmed records.
