Hurricane Rita in 2005 caused damage to approximately 400,000 sq. ft. of this hospital, including its medical equipment. Wrote SOW, clerk and controlled this loss. The total NTE was over $9 million; the net cost based on our efforts was invoiced at less than $3 million.
